At Melkweg|Fritom we find attention to making a positive contribution to society very important.
That's why we have corporate social responsibility (CSR) high on the agenda in our daily business operations. It keeps the CSR-approach on the radar and makes it a clear and key part of our everyday job.
We have therefore recently become a Friend of the Red Cross.
Together with other entrepreneurs, we invest in innovative solutions that help the Red Cross relief efforts.
Making a positive contribution to society is very important to us.
What does being a Friend of the Red Cross entail?
Preventing and alleviating human suffering wherever it occurs, protecting lives and health and ensuring respect for human beings.
That is the mission of the Red Cross. They stand ready to help people in need worldwide.
The Friends of the Red Cross is a growing network of engaged entrepreneurs who value corporate social responsibility and corporate citizenship.
As a Friend of the Red Cross, you invest in three programs focused on disaster preparedness. The aim is to make people, both in the Netherlands and abroad, less vulnerable and to protect them from the impact of disasters.
