- Is the location accessible for heavy vehicles?
We serve both commercial and private customers. From professional multi-pool facilities to family swimming pools in the backyard, we can provide a suitable solution as long as our tanker can park reasonably close to the pool.
- How much hose length is required?
Will we be unloading from a driveway, a parking lot, or the edge of a holiday park? Every location requires a different approach. Let us know the distance between the unloading point and the pool, and we will bring the appropriate equipment.
- Cold or heated water?
Both options are available. However, heating large volumes of water takes additional time. Calling on Friday for a warm pool over the weekend? That can sometimes be challenging. The earlier you contact us, the better we can plan.
- What type of pool do you have?
Whether it is a traditional swimming pool, a saltwater system, or a natural swimming pool, we have a suitable solution. We can supply untreated clean water for you to decide how whether to treat or not. If desired, we can also add a chlorine treatment to help prevent bacterial growth. This is particularly beneficial for smaller pools without an extensive filtration system.
